    Their SSL certificate must have expired. Not reason for concern since you're unlikely to give BBC Sports any sensite data.

    And if one were to chekc your browser activity over a hacked WiFI network... all they could get would be... the rugby resulst?

    Yes I have, along with certificate errors and even the browser refusing to load some sites with identity issues.

    Not on the browser. But basically it means that bbc.co.uk does not provide an authenticated certificate so the browser can not ensure someone isn't monitoring your communications. Don't know why that would come up for an http connection but that's what it is.

    Because the stript checks the date to make sure the certificate didn't expire. Time travel does crazy things...
