I took a screenshot on the browser in landscape mode, a black bar appeared on the URL, like a censor
    Happens only to me?

    It's not a censor. It's the dimensions.

I mean, look at this other screenshot, the url bar has been "censored" by a black bar
the actual image on the screen was different

This is just normal. Look at a Web page in landscape mode. Without touching anything the bottom bar goes away and leaves you a condensed version to show the site you are at maximizing the screen space while in landscape.

But even then, the url shows in the remaining black-bar-space. But when "shot" it gets cropped.

I think it all depends on the site visited.

You also got the black "censor" bar, you just didn't notice it because there was no text under it
Look at the shading on the black bottom bar, in the "censor" zone it's 100% black, without shading

Might be a security feature. Who knows

It is a security feature, since the whole address might be visible in landscspe...

If a hash key is used for keeping you logged in, someone might be able to hack your account....

If a website has hash keys, passwords or sensitive data in URLs, then you shouldn't be visiting it, because it means the webmaster has zero consideration for user security

Hash keys are not the only sensitive data in URL. So this feature is still useful. And of course there are more than 50% webmasters with nearly 0 security knowledge

...you used a website with a small url... If you carefully looked at the screenshot you would see that it doesn't start at the beginning...I just tried it and it blurred the site as well.

I think it's a bug. When u first rotate the screen it takes a few seconds before the bar blacks out. I rotated waited a second and got this
    Browser screenshot glitch-img_20132253.png

After the bar actually blacks out you get
    Browser screenshot glitch-img_20132251.png
