    Why is the address bar by the bottom?

    Now after you answer that, then answer why all the other search bars are on top (ex: BlackBerry world search bar, search app, contact search bar).

    From what I know they say it's at the bottom because it is easier to reach. Now with that mentality, why didn't they do that a across the OS?

    Like they had a short glimpse of a bright idea, then they just stopped thinking.
