If you have a PLaybook.... At&T disables the use of your data plan to Browse on the pb. So you do not download the version of bridge offered directly. With the older OS7/earlier, you'd go to rroyy.com and find the version of bridge to match your OS.
First, Delete Bridge if you have it. With bb10, you remove your Sim card, then visit appworld and download Bridge/install. Then restore your sim card.
^^^In case the person who posted the question doesn't realize it this needs to be done on a WiFi connection since you have to remove the SIM card.

Considering one of the "bugs" was the inability to access the smartphone microSD card I have to conclude yet again that the BlackBerry OS 10 development team is not up to the task.

For those that are on AT&T and haven't done this already, you don't actually have to delete the Bridge app first (at least, in my experience). Just power down, remove SIM, power on, download the Bridge update over Wi-Fi, power down and put SIM back in, and fire that bad boy back up.
^^^Yup...now that's the ticket.

Still waiting for them to restore email, calendar and Memo over Bridge.
My PB was always with me downstairs in the evening where I could read email or check the calendar. Then it was there so I could look stuff up on the web. With the loss of email/etc, I tend to not take it to the couch and I miss the instant access it provided.
SO, dammit, BB, UNcripple BRIDGE.
