    My PC went dead while loading a leak so my z10 won't come on and it's flashing red lights . Please how do I fix it

    Just run the autoloader again it will fix ur z10

    I have tried that auto loader doesn't recognize the USB that's the problem

    Take out your battery then connect to pc and if you see connecting to bootroom put back the battery again

    It doesn't fix it battery pull just does the same thing my phone is dead with just the red light blinking I put it on charge same thing I put it on USB same thing the phone is bricked

    I should just copypasta this as I seem to be writing it quote often.

    On PC, kill link, blackberry desktop software and then go to task manager and kill any BlackBerry or link processes.

    Take the battery out the phone and disconnect from USB. On the PC, launch the autoloader. Plug in phone via USB to PC. Once the autoloader has connected to your phone slap the battery back in and let it finish.

    Viola, because it's better than a French tada!
