Is that with Rogers and CIBC? The only place I can use it is in Tims...and around here they are all amazed. In the three we have here I am the only one to use it.

This is in the US, NFC terminals found in stores, and in my case, using Google Wallet.

Is that the latest version of TimmyMe?? There was a updated version in BB world last week. Once installed you have to register and then you should be good to go.. Good luck

There is an App in Blackberry World tittled "MAKE" that allows you to use several methods of payment at Starbucks.
I use the Android app, make gives you a bar code and that's about it

I discovered a major issue with the tap to pay nfc Timmies app.......I find myself using it all the time, spending too much money

Boy does it work awesome. For those using it, make sure to instruct the cashier you are paying with your Tim card

Just tried and didn't work me. Don't get the screen with the option to pay. Tried tapping over and over, no luck. And yes NFC was on.

You are using the old app. Go to Blackberry world and update the Timmy Me app to the new one that was released this past week. It is completely new and redesigned. The old version did not have the NFC payment option.

I've used NFC at Walgreen's, Mickey D's, and a grocery store.
With BB10? A buddy of mine just showed off doing this with his Note and Google Wallet. Is there an app we can use in the US yet?

I downloaded it as soon as the update came out. Registered entered and merged all my timcards and went to the nearest timmies. Totally surprised them that it worked Not even the manager had heard of the Nfc update. she said she was going to call tims office about it.

Isis Mobile Wallet. It's not out yet because Proxama is making it and they are slow.

If you have twitter tweet @PayWithIsis and tell them you want the BlackBerry 10 app now!

Right. NFC is a huge waste of resources. NFC on BB10 is barely supported by anyone. There is no future in this whatsoever. Apple is right.

Man, too bad I don't like the coffee ( sacrilegious for a Canadian to say, I know )but I may download the app and use it since I do go there once in a while for their breakfast sandwiches and Tim bits.

I tried the app in the drive through... didn't work, but I think that's because they had a 5mm plastic hard cover on the unit and it would not touch correctly. Will use it again that's for sure. Love my tims on the road.

It's not sacrilegious. I don't know how people drink that battery acid. I don't dare drink it if I'm not within 5 minutes of a bathroom.

I don't mind the food though. I will probably try the app for that before I'd use it for coffee.
