Are there any plans to allow folders in the Bookmarks section of the browser. The way it is now is messy and limits the bookmarks that can be useably saved?

I agree with you. I would love to be able to put my bookmarks in some kind of order as well. Don't know if its planned as on 10.3 it isn't any better.

I got around the problem with two different apps. Noted and SiteBook.
Both let you set up categories. Instead of using the bookmark feature in the browser I use share instead.
It's not the real answer you're looking for and takes a couple more steps but works.
