    Hi all,

Since the official 10.2 update I am having problems with the Bluetooth connection to my Van.

I have a 2012 Citroen Berlingo Van with built in Bluetooth which has been working with the Z10 up until I updated to 10.2, now I can pair it with the Van initially but when I turn the Van off the phone won't drop the connection or auto pair with the Van again.

At this point I cannot even turn Bluetooth off or delete the Vans profile from the list, the only way to get it to turn BT off is to re-boot the phone, I can then turn the BT off or delete the profile.

This is a major headache for me, has anyone else experienced this problem, if so is there a way to fix it?

I have re-loaded 10.1 and all is then fine with the Bluetooth, I then did a security wipe and re-installed 10.2 but the same problem came back so I guess it is a problem with the OS rather than the Hardware?

The Vans BT works perfectly both with my old 9810 Torch and a Galaxy SIII mini.

    Hope someone can help

Anyone have an answer to this? I'm having the same issue with my blueant headset, it's a real pain since I really enjoy not having to touch my phone while I'm working.

Well, if anyone else is having this problem I solved it in my case by loading the 10.2.1.1055 Leak which splits the Bluetooth Hands free and other functions, you can toggle them individually on and off if one side is causing problems, although with the Leak I have no problem with the phone dropping the connection and re-pairing with everything left on or just the Hands free on.

I guess this must be a bug in the 10.2 official release (I did ask Blackberry Help over Twitter and they were of no help, just pointing me at the Car Manufacturers Website)

Hope this helps, I would also just say I have had no problems with the Leaked OS so far but it is early days.

I have the same problem with my new Peugeot. It doesn't disconnect. If I reboot by pressing the volume keys when I leave the car it disconnects and then reconnects automatically when the car is started up. A bit annoying. Hopefully it will be fixed with the next update.

Hi, thats pretty much the exact same problem, I went into Citroen (Same BT System as in your Peugeot I am guessing as the same Company) and they took a good long look at the BT system and Phone, then looked on line at the Citroen Websites compatibility chart and said "Sorry the Z10 is not compatible" end of discussion!

I would encourage you to weigh up how much of a problem not having this compatibility is to you and maybe take the plunge and load the 10.2.1.1055 Leak.

it didn't matter too much to me if it didn't work as I had already written the Z10 off on 10.2.0 and bought a Galaxy S3 mini to tide me over, (what a piece of **** that is by comparison to the Z10 but it does work!).

This is the first time I have installed a leak and I must say it was so easy, just follow the great advice on Crackberry for installing it and all should be well (No guarantees of course, just be aware you could brick your phone, so do it at your own risk and don't blame me if it goes wrong!).

I can tell you the official 10.2.1.2102 (latest) release DOES NOT FIX this with the Q10.

I am using a BlueAnt BT Speaker and I am at my desk (well out of BT range with BlueAnt) and the phone still thinks BlueAnt is connected.

I even went in and tried to manually disconnect and it does not work. Yes you can turn off handsfree calling and audio streaming - but the phone still thinks BlueAnt is connected.

This only happens with BB10. With my old Torch or Bold 9900 this never happened at all.

The only solution is to reboot the phone.
