Bluetooth won't Disconnect from Paired Device Since 10.2 Update
Hi all,
Since the official 10.2 update I am having problems with the Bluetooth connection to my Van.
I have a 2012 Citroen Berlingo Van with built in Bluetooth which has been working with the Z10 up until I updated to 10.2, now I can pair it with the Van initially but when I turn the Van off the phone won't drop the connection or auto pair with the Van again.
At this point I cannot even turn Bluetooth off or delete the Vans profile from the list, the only way to get it to turn BT off is to re-boot the phone, I can then turn the BT off or delete the profile.
This is a major headache for me, has anyone else experienced this problem, if so is there a way to fix it?
I have re-loaded 10.1 and all is then fine with the Bluetooth, I then did a security wipe and re-installed 10.2 but the same problem came back so I guess it is a problem with the OS rather than the Hardware?
The Vans BT works perfectly both with my old 9810 Torch and a Galaxy SIII mini.
Hope someone can help
10.2.1 doesn't fix this...
I can tell you the official 10.2.1.2102 (latest) release DOES NOT FIX this with the Q10.
I am using a BlueAnt BT Speaker and I am at my desk (well out of BT range with BlueAnt) and the phone still thinks BlueAnt is connected.
I even went in and tried to manually disconnect and it does not work. Yes you can turn off handsfree calling and audio streaming - but the phone still thinks BlueAnt is connected.
This only happens with BB10. With my old Torch or Bold 9900 this never happened at all.
The only solution is to reboot the phone.
