Hi guys, need some input.

I am trying to connect my Z10 to my windows 7 ultrabook and I'm having major issues. My bluetooth is on and discoverable, and my computer saw and paired with my Z10. However I can't see it in Link nor can I access the Internet even when I turn on bluetooth tethering on my phone. In device manager it saw the phone before pairing, now it doesn't see it at all and most of the connection types except media sharing are all listed as disconnected in the phone bluetooth menu.

Furthermore I Can't seem to bluetooth tether to my playbook unless I use bridge. I used to be able to just turn on tethering without bridge. What gives?

I have security wiped and reloaded the official 10.2.0.1803 OS.

WiFi hotspot and usb tethering work but I'm getting my wife a new surface pro 2 for Xmas and I need to know if bluetooth tethering will work with her z10. If not I'll get her either an S4 or Lumia 1020 to go with it.

Sorry about your issues mate. It seems like there is some incompatibility issues between the Z10 and your computer. Why don't you just use wifi hotspot?

Not sure about what's going on with the PlayBook... Why don't you just use bridge?
