Since doing the IOS update on the z10- the blooming handset has given me many problems. now i can't use the phone to connect to blutetooth in car for handsfree, the phone won't tilt on display when moving handset landscape or portrait. I can't view any files unless i blow them up and view bit by bit. What have BB made this dumb update for that has ruined a perfectly fine piece of machinery though slow as it is... i was happy with it! I'm furious with it now- even help doesn't relay any help. What is this!?

What update have you done? Did you do the 10.2.1.2141 update? If you want help, don't vent without giving specifics so we can help you. Have you rebooted your phone? Did you do this update Over the Air from your carrier?
