    BlackBerry Z10 -stl100-1
    My Bluetooth is not working anymore. Every time I try to transfer files it shows the error that "transfer has been interrupted " and I also not able to add a play list in music player. It gives error

    Have you used BlackBerry Virtual Expert to test it?

    Simplest thing is to backup your phone and then do a security wipe of a factory reset.... then test it again without your restored files. If it works fine, do a restore.... if not then you many want to consider living without it or getting a new phone.
