    Evening

    Upgraded both z10's to 10.1 last night, now no audio when connected to car, tried deleting profiles on car and phone and reading, no contact sync and no audio with both devices. Tried the Trusty 9900 and all works fine....gutted. any one else with similar?

    i have kind of the same problem, with my Opel Antara touch & connect.
    Before updating to 10.1 it worked perfectly, after the update i still have access to my phonebook, and music plays perfectly through bluetooth, but no call audio :-(

    Yes, I upgraded my Z10 to 10.1 and while I can make calls using the Nissan Connect (2010 Qashqai), I cannot hang up any calls. The red hangup button does not appear at all when in calls. Also I cannot answer incoming calls using the Connect system as only the phone rings. It was working fine prior to the upgrade and other phones work fine as well. Something wrong with the Z10 10.1 software??

    Same here. ever since updating software my Z 10 fails to connect to Nissan Connect Bluetooth. It fails only on the audio aspect. Any ideas as to when this will be resolved?

    I am having the same audio problems with my Nissan connect system. I can bluetooth music and it plays but the handsfree phone capability seems to have gone awol since updating.
    Has anyone any advice please?

    Your Nissan system should be the same as my infinitii one, there is an option in the bluetooth settings to add the phone as an audio device. If you set it as a phone it won't work for streaming or remote control. I'll take a few pics later.

    Under bluetooth settings, then connected devices, then go to audio player. Make sure your BlackBerry is selected. I just deleted mine and re added it to try.

    Mine's a pioneer head unit that worked and still works fine with 9700, 9900, iPhone and droid.

    Hopefully you helped others though.

    Hi. Tried connecting as a audio device, no joy,worked fine before 10.1. I've seen a few people reporting similar issues so hoping that it get fixed in the next update..

    Nothing works for me either, I had the morning off today after having another update but still nothing and its really starting to grate on me now. It connects to the system, I can use all the functions prior to making a phonecall and when receiving an incoming phonecall, its on the handset with most people just hanging up as they are fed up of shouting HELLO over and over. Not happy and needs sorting quick!

    I know there was some issues previously where the sound would stop feeding through when connected through the BT. I had the same issue on my Honda Van. With my Nissan I am not having the same issue. There are times where the sound may cut out but it is there. What I had to on my odyssey was disconnect and reconnect to get any sound back.

    On my Nissan connect I can never get the phone book to automatically download, even after i force download it fails.

    Takes a few tries, delete the info from your phone to to your car, establish a new device, wait for them to communicate, when it asks if you want multimedia and phone say/click yes, by this time your phone will already be asking you to enter the password, DO NOT ENTER IT, do it only when the car system asks you to do it, looks like there is a bug if you enter the password on your phone before the system asks you then it will only connect either music or phone but not both. If you wait for the car system to ask it works fine, done with a Z10 10.1 on a Toyota Tundra

    Mine was working perfectly before, but has been very flaky since I installed 2342 and 2354. About 50% of the time I can't use the steering wheel or head unit controls. 15% of the time it won't connect at all, the rest of the time it works.

    to each one having this issue:
    BlackBerry values the issues reported by the carriers (the carriers are BlackBerry's clients after all). So to raise your issue, report it to your carrier's hotline.
    If enough people do that, after X reports, the carrier will report it to BlackBerry.
