I am having some issues with transferring a PDF to my computer. I'm not sure if it is a z10 issue or computer problem.

Any suggestions?

Bumping so that someone can try and assist.

I've never used this to transfer files. Perhaps print to go might be an option for you if bluetooth doesn't work?

How are trying to copy the file over?

This is how I normally do it phone to phone:
Pair the devices via bluetooth.
Open up the file to be transferred.
Share file, select bluetooth, select the paired device.
Accept file transfer on receiving device.
