My hub has been flashing off an on for a while now- normally iu just ignore it and it stabilizes but today the hub is 100% blank. i see the icons when i swipoe up showing me i have notifications but i only see a black screen. also if i try to select any email or text by swioing left it just goes back to the main blank hub page .

    1. You can reset the Hub by swiping five times from the top-right corner of the screen to the center. If you've successfully done it, you should see the Hub start up again, like after restarting or turn on the phone, "Preparing the Hub" message.
    2. Restart or power off/on.
    3. Hard reset by pressing both Volume Up and Volume Down at the same time until the phone restarts. (It will first take a snapshot of the screen before the restart happens. Do not let go of the buttons until the phone restarts.)

What OS version is your Z10 on? Have you also tried restarting the hub?

Hopefully it was clear that it was three different options and you didn't need to do all three. Were you able to fix the issue with just the first option?

    I have the same problem.

Hub was working fine yesterday. Swiped up today and Hub is blank, says "No entries in this view."

I have restarted multiple times. Also tried a complete power off/power on without success.

I'm able to send and receive BBM, but have no access to texts or emails as they just redirect to the now blank Hub.

    Any suggestions?

Yes I did try those steps.

I also called AT&T (who passed me off to Blackberry which then tried to sell me per-incident support) and found out something interesting...

The Hub stopped working exactly 4 years to the day after I bought the device.

It was working fine on 3/20/17. On 3/21/17 (exactly four years after I bought it) Blackberry Hub went blank and I am no longer able to send/receive texts or emails.

Well, I wouldn't read much into that; I've had mine for over four years, and nothing like that has happened.

You could try reloading the OS with an autoloader, if you have the time and patience.

For email, have you tried to remove and re-add the email account(s)?

For txt, what do you have in Hub/.../Settings/Text Messages/Advanced? On mine, there's a phone number listed for Service Center Address. Maybe yours got messed up?

What OS version are you on? Do you also have any third party apps installed that use the hub?
