    So, I got my z10 and everything was working well, until I connected it to my wifi and it simply turns the router off. What should I do?

    Can you clarify - that the simple act of attempting to connect to your WiFi router with the Z10 causes your router to power down?

    That has to be a problem of some kind with the router itself.
