    Hey team I am having a Canadian Blackberry Z10 and I am unable to use it on Indian network... On connecting with service providers they are asking me to connect with blackberry for MOBILE EQUIPMENT PERSONALIZATION codes and network code.. can you please help... In case any other information is required do let me know an very tensed as I can't trust different paid sites

    Did you tell your provider that you had a BlackBerry? With BB10 devices you do NOT need to do this. If they provisioned you for BlackBerry that might explain the issue. Also are you sure the device is not SIM locked to a Canadian carrier? And also are you sure it has the correct GSM, and/or LTE frequencies for your Country?
