Is there difference between PRD and RDV?
Saw two same Z10 model with one listing PRD XXXXX-XXX and another RDV XXXXX-XXX on the back of the phone.

I don't know. But I think there will be some improvement, because I buy z10 when it first launch and the code was PRD, but there were so many hardware error in my device such as battery error(60% automatically shutdown),charge failure etc
After that I claim warranty to blackberry and get new unit, august made, and the code was RDV, and no error until now. I don't know if it's related.

How do you know if your STL100-1 is august made? mind to tell me how? hehe

Yeah I think PRD and RDV is two version of stl1,
In box just see there is 6digit number upside the "Made in Mexico"
Me shows 200813, means 20august 13.

Which country are you from? I got the same model as you too STL100-1, I have battery indicator error, like it turns off itself at some random value, usually 54% but cn be charged till 100%. Never really pay attention cause my phone still do last 8 hours of light/medium usage.

Didn't the technician fix the battery indicator? It must be a device swipe? I don't want to lose my current z10

mine is RDV. Yeah I have the problem too, STL100-1.
It gets kinda annoying sometimes, but now I just need to know 51% is where my phone will be dead (it still last 8-10 hours with light/medium usage so I don't think it's the battery problem)
