how do you see yourself using this dock? I have a chance to buy one and Im not sure it would be worth it. I mean I can easily plug it it to charge and if its connected to a TV I will have to get up and go to the tv to change anything. Now if there were a PB media dock that would be worth paying for.

For me, I have a dock for my Playbook but dont use it bedside. I will be mainly using this cradle as my bedside charger/alarm clock but time to time use it as with my TV.

Yeah, I have a pb charging dock that I like. Did BlackBerry ever make a media dock for the PB?

I don't think that they ever offered a full media dock with hdmi and usb (or magnetic) all in one.

I just compared my PB to my z10 and the connections line up. Might be worth looking for one of these cheap to take a dremil tool to to see if it can be made to work as a dock for the pb .

Yeah I ordered mine on January 2nd and just got it today. It came across the pond to the US. So it took quite a bit of time. But I'm really happy with it. I liked the bold 9900 cradle, but this one is so much bigger and better lol. I recommend anyone else to make the purchase.
