    Hello,

    some of our users report about their Z10 losing the connection to our provider T-Mobile. Restarting the Z10 does not help. After shut down, removing the battery, insert it and start the Z10 the connection is rebuild.

    This affects several users all over germany - so it could not be a local T-Mobile problem.

    Could it be a hardware problem of the Z10? Or do you have other ideas?

    I am in South Florida and for the better part of the last week my Z10 on T Mobile rarely gets LTE and no service to call other cellular phones. It is very frustrating when calling customer service and they basically don't care. Not sure if this is a strategy of some sorts.

    T Mobile services are spotty, check with another device first.

    I got answer from BlackBerry Support. There was a failure at T-Mobile which was fixed last week. So I hope our user getting no problems anymore.
