    A few days ago suddenly got the following error message "The SIM card is from an unknown source" and can't access the mobile network, but still have data. Have tried new SIM, still doesn't work; have hard booted, no luck. Any thoughts?

    You are still getting data or voice? (Or both)?

    Data only I think. Can get and send emails, but not able to make or receive calls or texts.

    OK, are you sure the email action isn't running on wifi? Have you checked with your carrier?

    Two things that come to mind are damaged SIM pins (in phone) or... blacked phone?
