With the keyboard, if you hold shift + delete it will delete the text to the right of the cursor.

"Hidden Trick", "Keyboard Feature", or whatever term we call it, I appreciate any effort by BB10 users to inform others of the features that may not be so obvious. To give you an example, I didn't know that tapping on either side of the Edit Circle will move it one character to that direction until I read a post by somebody on CB. That was a great post for me even though it may have been a feature known to many and/or shown in many videos. So I appreciate Gwannstar's efforts in taking the time to highlight whatever feature he feels may be important to others.

Same for cursor movement up and down.

I discovered today that if you hold the back button down in the browser, it's a shortcut to the history of the site / tab you are currently browsing / using.

    I'm running 10.2.0 .1047

Anyone know how to select multiple emails other than the select more and tapping each one individually?

For example I do a search on a particular sender and i want to delete all of those emails. Ie, a select all function

    Thanks

    Posted via CB10
    Search button
Type persons name to get all mail from them.
Touch and hold the most current date at the top of the page, and the delete trashcan will pop in from the right.
    Select delete
    Done.

The date, hold, delete feature will work in any hub account.

Also, you can search for all mail or messages by pressing and holding on a mail from the person you want , tap the (overflow) three dots, flick to the bottom of the options (there are many more options than what you see), select search by sender. This works best one handed, because you don't touch the keyboard at all

I think they are looking for a "Select all" or equivalent of holding shift key while selecting files in a Windows pc explorer. The current bb10 select multiple is more like holding ctrl key.

I agree it would be nice to have this...

You can select all. Read my current replys. Its flexible and works awesome. There is no select all button, but your selection does exactly that.

Yes. I am looking to press and hold say the top email and then scroll down to the last email and tap it, that would select all in that range. ..

This is what my full touch torch had as a function

I also miss/or maybe not aware of how to snooze different times for my task reminders the way I could on the torch

Swipe up 2 times, then swipe down 2 times, then swipe left, then right, then swipe left and right again, press B, then A, then finally press enter. You're phone will live forever.

Also, once you have searched for all correspondence from a particular person, in the TOP left corner, there is another overflow (three lines) to further break down any selection you might need to get 'er done quickly

I don't want to select *all*. (All could be dangerous.) I want a simple select a "block" of multiple messages. Don't want to filter/search before hand. (That is just a multi step workaround. Not a show stopper. But not simple or intuitive )
