Basically, it wont come back to life. Even plugged in, battery removed, reloaded, etc.

Just sits there, black screen, it'll RED LED me for awhile go away, and not boot.

This is final point in a recuring issue where the screen would go out, and nothing would be visible happening, till a reboot.

Any thoughts or ideas before I see about going to the Claims facility in Fresno and get me a new Z10 >.>

You can try using an Autoloader to reinstall the OS.

If it's just a software problem it should catch and load when you first boot the device.

I wasn't able to see the device last night prior to the shut down and issue today >.> Still can't now, no matter what cable I use, or what port it is.

I feel ya, I woke up this morning to a dead Z10, tried everything, is definitely DOA waiting on replacement.

Try the autoloader route. I've brought 2 devices back from the same condition that way.

Make sense, it did light up, I'm gonna reload the Device Manager maybe that'll help. and I just found out my insurance was not activated... great.
