    This is an unusual one for us.

    The user can still make calls and text message, but BBM and email do not come through. The user is connected through an Active Sync Exchange mail server located in Canada. He is currently located in China.

    Could China be blocking anything, or is this an Telus data problem?

    Does the user have "Data while roaming" set to Off in the Mobile network settings?

    ^ Yes, this is set to prompt user by default. I can see this as being problematic to end users if they miss hitting "on" when it prompts.

    Issue resolved.
