    When I can calling, I can't hear any sound from the recipient. But when I open loud speaker only I can hear.

    Just replaced mine because the speaker was making a crackling noise and it was hard to hear the other person. New phone seems fine three days into it.

    It could be a speaker issue. Maybe send it back to your retailer to get it checked out.

    But i dont experience the speaker problem often. Sometimes it becomes faulty and sometimes it don't have any problem.
