Z10STL100-1 is only for india,pakistan...and 2 to 3 more countries...

Sure about it? STL100-1 was offered in the following countries:

Nepal, Nigeria, South Africa, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Spain, Turkey, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, El Salvador.

Am with you buddy, too much frustrated with this device. There is a new thread almost daily on 'my z10 is dying or dead' which is annoying for someone like me who bought the device 5-6 months ago.
Android apps are supported is in description of BlackBerry 10, but xbhp and tapatalk app won't run after a week! And many more issues....
But love the size of phone and camera clarity.
