    When I press down on the app to delete it, it doesn't jiggle and the bin icon doesn't appear so I can't delete it. Also, in Blackberry World, I am unable to uninstall these apps - the option has dissappeared!

    Please help!

    I would do a backup and clean install the latest BB10 OS that the Z10 will support. let me know if u need help on how to do this.

    In BBW swipe down from too to open settings...select general...then press refresh BBW.

    After doing so do a hard reboot of your devcie....hold the power button down for about 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and BlackBerry boot logo reappears.

    Try to Uninstall again. If still unable then as suggested a reload of OS may be necessary. Use BB LINK to do so.
