After updating to 10.2.1 - APK's are not installing at all. There is only one way to fix this:

The Android Runtimes in the OS are incorrect, they need to be overwritten with the correct ones, download the 2 files below:

Then use the BB10/Playbook APP Manager for Chrome** and upload these apps, once uploaded and installed successfully - hold the volume up and down buttons together until the phone switches off.

Then press the power on button - now your APKS should all work!!!

**Remember to carefully go through the settings of the APP Manager and not to incorrectly complete it's setup - be patient it takes time.
