    Hello guys, good afternoon. Please I have an issue with my bbz10, I reloaded my phone with bb10.2.2156. Then at operating the phone, it goes blank gradually and after some time it reboots and comes on. Please what can I do? Thank you for advanced answers.

    Welcome to Crackberry. Sorry your first visit was due to a problem.

    When did you upgrade? And could you re-type the OS version number, a digit is missing or wrong.

    And after it reboots, does it stay on for a while or immediately start fading again?

    You might want to try reloading the OS using BB Link software.

    How old is the phone and battery?
