Hi All,

I have configured Microsoft Active Sync email in my z10 and it sync fine
Only issue i have is
"When I read my email in my z10 it should also get get read in my server"
But when I open up my Outlook email client it shows the email as "unread"

where do I need to modify settings in my device?

To assist with your problem have you checked everything on your outlook client to make sure it allows a device or another source to make the changes to your account? Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done from your device itself.
