After updating my Blackberry mobile Z10 OS 10.2 to 10.3, the user ID associated with my mobile (which have been enabled with anti theft protection feature is ON) was accidentally deleted. Because of this my mobile could not Logon and showing the message on screen that "The anti-theft protection feature is ON. To continue with device set-up you must enter your Blackberry ID". I made so many efforts with logging on with new user ID and password, but problem in vain. If anybody has an idea to solve the above problem please help?

You have to log in with your old BlackBerry ID for obvious anti-theft reasons. If you are the real owner, that shouldn't be too hard for you, isn't it?
