    BlackBerry World is not opening on my Z10. Error is "please connect to wi-fi or cellular network." I tried with Wi-Fi connected and also with cellular network but all in vain. Tried with browser to download and install but that also redirect me to BlackBerry World. Can anyone help me to install by some other process.

    Having the exact same problem. I have tried Wi-Fi w/o cell service and vice-versa. Have rebooted. Have removed and replaced battery. BBWorld will not connect.

    Already tried the step which mentioned in the link but still the same issue connect to wi-fi or cellular network. Please suggest some other alternatives.

    There is no other alternative unless BB somehow backtracks on their action. Remember this is an EOL platform.

    You'll need to sideload this bar file using a PC.
