    Hey, couldn't find this issue via search so not sure if it's already been raised....

    I've have 3 app updates available for download but when I click them I get the following msg:

    'an error has occurred processing your request'

    I've tried rebooting the app and the phone with the same result. I'm on Rogers in Toronto, CA

    Any ideas what this could be??

    It may not be your phone that is the problem. Could be a problem with your carrier or with BBW. It looks like all three are trying to load. Just try one of them at a later time. Maybe that will work.

    If rebooting doesn't fix it, then swipe down in BBW and go into Settings, General, and Refresh BBW:

    There maybe some problems with it. I restarted mine twice then it worked.
    It's something with disconnecting with your BlackBerry ID service.

    Having the same issues. It's losing the ID from login screen and losing payment details..any ideas?

    Thanks to all the input...2nd reboot fixed it. First tried BlackBerry World refresh but that didn't work.

    Still some minor issues, showing '6 available updates' but only 5 appear, even after hitting Check for Updates.

    Anyway problem solved for now, thank you!!

    In the past when I had an issue with my purchases not showing right and I refreshed, I didn't need to reboot to have the refresh "fix" the issue. But... a reboot never hurts. :-)

    Looks like every time I have an update to an app I have to refresh and reboot. Get that error every time.

    Same problem here. It started three or four days ago. A reboot usually fixes it; the refresh doesn't.

    I had the same problem. I turned off my device, waited a while and restarted. My updates seemed to work them. At one point I got a message that BlackBerry World was undergoing some maintenance and I wonder if that was the problem. Anyway it seems to be working well now.
