Hey guys,

I appreciate all of the help that you have given me in the past with my new Blackberry Z10. As of the past couple of days, I have not been able to access the Blackberry World app. When I open the app, the loading screen appears with the swirl rotating. I recently reached my monthly data limit and have been simply relying on Wifi for the past few days. Is anyone else having this issue or could it be the BlackBerry World reliance on the mobile network data to run??

No way.... Your whole BlackBerry World is in Spanish?....

Additionally, I can send app requests from my laptop appworld webpage and the message is sent to my phone, which all load fine. It seems to just be the main BlackBerry World page that is having troubles loading.....

Try opening it through your music app or the games app. On music you'll just have to click the three dots and open BlackBerry world through there. If there isn't an option to, use the games app, you could access it there as well. Worked for me when BlackBerry world wasn't working.

Had the issue too. Actually, after I opened it through the games app, the actual BlackBerry World app fixed itself. Glad to be of help.

This issue was resolved... just a question of the cache clearing across the Blackberry servers which can take a day.

To resolve it immediately, follow the suggestion of opening the music app, and click on app world.

Anyone else notice the absence of the "Trending Apps"? I wonder if the removal of this was part of the fix?

Did you try changing the language setting on your phone to Spanish then back to English.

seen the suggestion to use the music app, but in the music app, i do not see any option to open app world
