Go into your MUSIC folder , click the 3 dots on right side, click BlackBerry World...worked for me!

When people were reporting this issue did you notice if you had an update at all, it seems as though all the people who are having issues once they get in there is an update waiting for them for an application. I wonder if this is what is causing the hang.
