So I just purchased a song to play for a kid who was asking to hear it but the download keeps failing. I have already paid for the song but I am unable to download it.

I have since tested BlackBerry World apps and they are working as usual. I've searched all over the Internet and forums for an answer, but I'm having trouble finding any information.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I might need to do? I've tried refreshing BlackBerry World and I'm going to do another battery pull once I finish this post.

I'm using a Z10 STL100-4 with 10.2.0.1047. Attached is a screen cap of the error.

Don't think I've seen this error before. Best bet might to be to ask direct

Thanks, just posted a similar post there. It seems to be a very unique error, but hopefully they can fix it.

Yes, just got the same message. Bloody annoying... PARTICULARLY because there is no obvious way to make a complaint and get the failed order resolved promptly. Did my money just go down a Blackberry Hole? Even better, who the heck do I speak to about it?

Your carrier if that's what you have BlackBerry World set to bill. I did and they refunded me the money.
