I rented a movie off BB World and it downloaded. Once the movie downloaded I was able to press play; however, it just goes to a black screen. I can press the screen and a play button appears. I press play and the screen disappears and I see the BB World screen minimized. I can re-enter and start the process all over again, but the movie is never there to watch.

Try going into your video icon instead of BlackBerry world and see if you can play it from there

Thanks, no go - I can't see the rental under my videos on the phone but I can see my rental if I go into this section and then into My World. If I push play, it still goes to a black screen.

Redownload it again. It may not have saved correctly.

Very strange.

If it you can't get it working definitely contact BlackBerry app world customer service.
