You found the right thread, now if you just read it...

Open Browser app, type this in address bar:
appworld://music

I think that's worked for everyone so far.

Using the game app worked for me half way. I am able to access blackberry world only this wired way. How do I fix an actual blackberry world app??? (by the way, thank you for the game hint) I waited so long for BlackBerry z10 with so many friends switching to iPhone and Samsung... stuff that is happening to BlackBerry world should not happen... how do I look in front of friends??? please fix and make it up to all in my position!!!

The "fix" (reach Blackberry Wold through the "Music" app) works. The BBW icon on the main screen now works for me. Does another tread explain the cause of this and why the "fix" works?

I have the same problem here in Spain

The fix that works is as follows - start Music application, then press options i.e. the : sign. Select BlackBerry World. That will start the BlackBerry World. Then you can exit the BlackBerry World, and try regular BlackBerry World button, it should start working again properly. This worked for me.

Have you tried a reboot? Or what have you tried so we can try help you troubleshoot the problem.
Apparently whatever the issue was has been resolved, so technically you shouldn't still be having issues

People posting about the same thing over and over without taking few minutes to actually READ any the thread.
Multiple fixes have been given.


THIS SEEMS TO WORK FOR ANYONE.

FROM BROWSER, GO TO:

appworld://music

From there, you can navigate into rest of BB World.
Next time you open BB World via icon as per usual, it should work just fine again.
