    I'm on Verizon as well - only one issue experienced so far in BBry World. I have a problem with backup plus contacts. Have updated the app as it required, but since I prefer not to use this to backup device (using BBry Link - which initially was a pain itself (required turning off wifi to get it to connect with phone)). So I am left with a perpetual phantom indicator that the app for backup plus needs updating - even though it has. Is my only small issue.

    I suspect that Bell has some sort of routing problem as I got the spinning disc yesterday and it is the same today when starting BB World. I think the application is starting and running but that it is not connecting or authenticating properly to the BB World server so it sits in the spinning wait state. I tried a battery pull and a re-install as well as trying WiFi-only and Cell Network only with no resolution, but I seem to recall that if I tried BB World with the Cell Data turned off (only WiFi) that it didn't work before which means that BB World needs to use the cellular data network because of authentication needs. Tried calling Bell but the wait is too long at this time. Z10. Happily using Netflix for a month now with the Z10......

    On Verizon and I had to go through music to access bbworld. I also got an update for it once I got in. Hope this helps

    YES THIS WORKS TO FIX BB WORLD. Just open up Music and select ... and then choose BB World. Must be some sort of internal path registry that got broken, but the very act of selecting it from Music rebuilds the broken registry. Now BB World opens up properly on its own. Thanks jcyoun .........

    I have the same problem for the past 12 hours , BlackBerry world still stuck on the launching screen with the circle and nothing more is happening for hours. Tried everything in the book, nothing is happening.

    I used the "music" fix and it solved my issue too. Until now (17:16 EST), BB World has been "down" all day for me.

    Same here. Go into games, then the "Games" tab on the bottom, then the 'three dots' tab bottom-right corner and click on "Browse games in Blackberry World".

    Found a forum where it gave these instructions while the issue is being look at. And this worked.

    On your Z10, go to your Music or Games icon.
    Tap the lower left three dots overflow icon and touch BlackBerry World.
    Now, BlackBerryWorld should start for you.
