Man day 7 give away "cut the rope " is paid in India. Anybody else from my nation experiencing the same? I'm on Vodafone. Or is it just me?

That probably means you got to a dialog called Confirm Purchase, where it showed you your current payment method and the amount you would be charged, including taxes, and where you had to click on a button that said Purchase. That would have been a good place to back up and figure out what the mistake was.

Edit: by the way, there's a FAQ link at the bottom of the promotion page in BB World on your device. Click it to download a PDF which covers the case of "I got billed for an item in the promotion" to see what you can do about it.

Downloaded but size is 0kb. Not able to download the FAQ again . The page is just staying blank.

Correct, the 25 Days promotion is for BlackBerry 10 only, not PlayBook or BBOS.

It's worldwide, but what's available may differ based on your region.

There are also limited quantities of certain items, which explains why some people who check too late are missing the deals, and I suspect also explains why some people in the same region may see something different from the others... I'm guessing (not sure) that sometimes after the limited quantity of one item is used up, they may switch to a second item, and maybe potentially even others beyond that.
