    Hi, I have 2 new updates waiting on BlackBerry World, when I select my world then My apps and games it just closes itself, I have tried restating etc but no joy.

    Click settings refresh blackberry world or if that doesn't work do a battery pull.

    Hold down vol up/vol dn buttons until screen goes black.
    Let it restart.
    Wait a few minutes and try again.

    Temporary work-around: open your music folder. Go to overflow menu (3 dots on the bottom right) and select BlackBerry World. This will permit you to download and upgrade the apps, but it still does not solve the crashing.
