Let's see. Over $3 billion in the bank, no debt, and new devices getting ready to be released. They aren't going anywhere.

I would wager that the "considering sales" mentioned a week or so back would be selling pays off the company no longer necessary for BlackBerry 10 or QNX. They have bought several technologies over the years. With the trimming they have been doing, it makes sense to sell off portions that aren't adding to current productivity.
