    I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but since about an hour back both my Z10 and Q10 don't show the blackberry service icon in the corner, emails internet Whatsaap all work well both over data connection and wifi but no blackberry service indicator over data or wifi.

    Happened to me before, reboot fixed it.
