Ive just noticed that my Blackberry Protect app is no longer on my home screen. It has seemed to have disappeared. How do I get it back on my home screen or back on the device? Is it in BBWorld....Please advise.

Hello, are you using a Z10? I believe that the only way is to access by going on your browser. Www.protect.blackberry.com
It works great, I had to use it yesterday. I too am waiting for the app to be updated to BB10 devices

You tried a battery pull?
Also, check the settings. Make sure bb protect is on.

+1, I have never seen a BB protect icon on my Z10 home screen

Protect is integrated to the OS in BB10. It's in the settings menu.

This is correct - I have never, to the best of my recollection, ever had the BB Protect "icon" on the Z10. I enabled it through the settings menu.

It was an icon on my 9810 however.
