I'm trying to use Playbook App Manager to sideload android apps on a Z10

I put my Z10 into development mode, and copied the IP.

When I try to log into the IP by entering it, the page comes up as 'This webpage is not available'.

I've tried this on a couple computers now.

Please help!

I don't recall if you have to ADD the phone's IP address to the initial options on the Chrome app. I have 3 devices - two pb's and the z10's ip address associated with the app.
