Ever since the 10.1 update, BBMAPS on my Z10 has not worked. I get the black screen as if it's loading and then it goes back to the regular menu. I can't uninstall it not update. Any ideas?

If you restored after the OS 10.1 load, you may have an older version that doesn't work with 10.1. The new 10.1 has a newer version as part of the OS, installing the older version from a backup file seems to overwrite the new version. You may have to reload 10.1 again to get the latest version of Maps again.

So I plugged into bblink and got the 'update available' warning. I went through the update again and still can't get BBMAPS to load. Any other ideas?

Same here. I had to install the 2nd (small) update before I could use the map again.

After updating to 10.1 I was just getting a spinning wheel and a blank screen on maps so here is what I did. I typed in and searched for a known address and bingo everything has been fine ever since

2nd small update? I don't get a screen to enter addresses. It's just black, then goes back to main menu. Is there some way to uninstall the app and reinstall it!

Ok. I went to software update to check, and there it was...a 9MB update...gave it the old college try and now my BBMAPS is back. Perfect! Thanks!
