If someone can help me, it would be much appreciated. When I try to switch Z10 to Z10, Blackberry LInk is telling me that it will not transfer because my OS is older on the new phone, then on the old phone and it will not allow me to continue. Both verizon z10's have the same OS numbers. I just updated the new one with the pushed update from Verizon. Need Help! I would like to get this transfer done, but not getting anywhere.

You don't do a transfer, you do a backup and restore. Transfer is only from the legacy OS devices to the BB10 devices; that's all.

Thanks for the feedback. I must not be doing something right. I backed-up the old z10 before I got home and it shows that I backed it up at 1:38, but Link is not seeing that I have a back-up file to load on the new phone. Maybe I'm not doing something right. I'll attempt to back-up again and give it a go!

Alright...I figured it out. My earlier back-up file was saved on the network drive at work and I'm at home. I back-up the phone again and it is transferring as I type this. Thanks for the replies:-)!
