I recently installed Blackberry Link (1.1.0.37) . it works well in that it sees my PC and my device and device content. I did a full backup, no issues or errors.

HOWEVER, when I click the Sign-In button, it does not prompt for a userid /password (!!!)... it just tries to connect and all I get back is "Unable to sign into your BlackBerry ID. Confirm you are connected."

Is there a setting somewhere where I can specify my Blackberry ID credentials???... or a setting somewhere to prompt me for them???

I have no issues acceesing http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/? and entering my ID there...so my internet and my ID are fine.

Some in the forums are stating to roll back to an earlier version of BlackBerry Link and that will solve the issue.
But I have been having this issue since day one.
When Link was updated I tried again to sign in but same issue.
I refuse to search for a earlier version of Link this is something BlackBerry need to fix not the user.
