    I've been unable to back up my Z10 for some time. The software to accomplish this has not been compatible with my MacBook Pro and has caused my computer to malfunction. So, I erase all of the BB software. HELP!

    BlackBerry Link hasn't been supported on Mac for over a year now. The app is effectively dead. - https://crackberry.com/fyi-blackberr...-or-windows-10 The only traditional way to back up is to use a Windows computer that's running something less than Windows 10 or use an older Mac. Maybe try Ultimate Backup from BlackBerry World, it's one option to get the most data off your device.
