I'm trying to connect my Z10 to Blackberry Link to back it up but it won't recognize it. Any suggestions. I've already tried uninstalling Blackberry Link and reinstalling it

My BlackBerry Link Crashes everytime my phone try to connect via Wifi or cable. Is there a solution for this besides re-installing?

What OS is on the computer? Windows XP, 7, 8? 32 or 64 bit? Max OS?

This info would help in pinning down possible solutions.

If it's a Win XP Pro 32-bit machine, there's one idea I have you could check. Any other OS, then someone else would have to chime in.

Uninstall BlackBerry link
Download nb link
Install and log in

Try creating a log file in blackberry link might give you more insight as to why it's doing what it's doing. Try a different Usb port on your computer as well
